This is the predominant quality of the system, thanks to its particular and unique digital aerographical technology, with the nozzles movement automatically managed by software on 3 axes (X, Y, Z), allows to print or to directly paint on any typology of rigid or flexyble substratum with smooth or irregular surface.
Besides, the automatic handling of the spray group on the Z axis, it allows besides to recognise and to adjust the movement of the group to the abjects volums, manufactured articles or particular materials with a depth of mm.140, guaranteeing a quality result with a homogeneous diffusion of the colour. COLORS.
THis system looks at the future and the environment: the used colours are acrylic pigments water base, non toxic and with a low environmental impact
An extraordinary brightness and a great resistence to the atmospheric agents and UV rays, makes it a particularly suitable colour for outside decorations where a long duration is requested, besides of course all the applications for insides.
Great versatility also concerns the colours used by the system, that thanks to their particular chemical structure, are compatible with almost all the typologies of sbstrata and materials, with great advantage for the storage and the rotation of the consumption material, that is reduced to the main point

EVOLUTIONS.
While the sector of the digital printing is going on SEARCHING impossible and never enough performances, focused to the speed of production, the group is appling in the development of costum made solutions aimed to resolve the specific problems of every client elaborating hardware and software solution ad hoc. Thanks to this business philosophy, intent to the satisfaction on the single one rather than to the great economies of scale, new up-grades are offen realised, destined first to markets niches and subsequently also resulted interesting for differents markets and applications. A symbolic case concerns the sector of optician industry for which a system with 6 nozzles has been realised for the colours management:
4 nozzles CMYK + 2 nozzles for declared spot colours, diagonally climbed on two external sides of the spray group and able to paint the parts of the glasses non attainable fittings from the 4 standard nozzles.
Besides, it has been added a new function that, through a rotation in vertical sense of the printing head, allows to maintain the spray perpendicular (therefore qualitatively always equal) on the frames. The homogeneity of painting is guaranteed on the whole surface of the frames, ski and sub masks, that have an impossible bending ray and not obtainable with traditional systems.

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING.
It is possible to reassume in the following phases the system printing procedure:
- loading of the image through scanner, cd, internet, etc..
- elaboration of the image for possible creative or technical interventions for the file optimisation, through the use of a professional progma (normally Photoshop, etc...)
- rescue of the file with two fundamental characteristics: subdivision in 4 channels (CMYK) and TIFF extension
- transfer of the file to the system, through devoted software LAC EDITING, with functions of pannellisation
- set up of the system (calibration colour test and set up nozzles)
- survey aims for recognition difference in levels (in case of press on volumetric supports)
- spray process activation
